Sandy Malomane is a HR Consultant at Equiworks Labour Solutions, bringing over 9 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience to her clients and training audiences. With a career spanning top-tier organisations such as Eris Property Group, Tiger Brands, and EOH, Sandy has developed a reputation for delivering insightful, legally sound, and people-focused HR solutions.

Her expertise lies in aligning human capital strategy with business goals having served as a Human Capital Business Partner, HR Operations Officer, and HR Associate in both corporate and shared services environments. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law and an Honours degree in Human Resources Management, equipping her with both legal acumen and strategic HR insight. Administrative Assistant
